7. Vince McMahon Thought Jenna Jameson Was Ugly In Val Venis Promos

In the late-1990's, there were few porn starlets on the planet more instantly-recognisable than Jenna Jameson. Her work had become legendary, thanks in large part to the continued rise of the internet. Looking to create a character for recent WWF acquisition Sean Morley, Russo came up with Val Venis because he felt the Canadian grappler resembled a porn star. The infamous vignettes which hyped Val's debut featured appearances by Jenna Jameson. Incredibly, she was supposed to star in an even bigger role, but there was just one problem. Much of the footage for the video packages was filmed at Bruce Prichard's house and the surrounding areas, before being presented to the man with the final say on everything WWF/WWE, Vince McMahon. Impressed with the Venis character, Vinnie Mac nonetheless thought that Jameson wasn't attractive enough. Thus, she was cut from much of the video, something that utterly baffled McMahon's writing namesake. Russo couldn't believe that his boss didn't think one of the most desirable women in the world was hot enough to feature, but he was powerless to change McMahon's mind.
