10 Things We Learned From "WWE 24" About WrestleMania 30

6. Hogan, Austin And Rock Were Praised By HBK

Going into WrestleMania 30, we knew Hulk Hogan was going to be the host of the show. Steve Austin wasn't advertised, but he was going to be there and probably on the show. The Rock was a legitimate surprise. On the documentary, they showed the three men talking backstage at the Hall of Fame ceremony. Then during the WrestleMania 30 main event, they were standing backstage by the current right before the show began because Hogan was out first. They were teasing eachother before it started. Vince McMahon looked like a coach telling them to have some fun out there. When Hogan said the Silverdome instead of the Superdome, Austin was shown laughing backstage. The Rock went up to him and laughed too. They both teased him for it when they were in the ring. After Austin said "it's good to be back here in the Silverdome" they showed Vince laughing backstage. When they got backstage, Shawn Michaels congratulated the three of them on a job well done. He told them that it was a really special moment and that it would be tough to follow the coolest moment of the show. Hogan to Austin backstage: "That was great. You saved my ass." That was in reference to Austin comedically mentioning the Silverdome comment.
