2. Dean Ambrose Is The New Anti-Hero
Make no mistake about it, there's a real future for Dean Ambrose as almost a modern-day 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin in WWE. No, Ambrose may never reach the heights that Austin did, and there's little chance blatantly copying Austin's tactics will work in the same way it did in the late-90's, but Ambrose has a coolness to him that relates over to the fans. People want to see him do well, which is pretty rare for a babyface in 2015. Part of the guy's appeal is that he's not a happy-go-lucky kind of chap, something fans pick up on. Ok, so nobody really wants to see yet another anti-hero babyface going up against an authority figure, but Dean Ambrose doesn't necessarily need to stop there. It seems unlikely, but what's to stop Ambrose from stringing Roman Reigns along, before cruelly kicking him to the curb when he's outlived his usefulness. That's the kind of thing Austin was famous for - even though 'The Rattlesnake' had a number of successful tag-team partners, he was never really booked to be best chums with them, giving him a lone wolf aura that could also work for Ambrose.
