10 Things We Learned From WWE’s Undertaker: The Last Ride (Chapter Three)

2. It’s The Weakest Episode So Far

It sucks to admit, but chapter three is the weakest of the 'Last Ride' episodes thus far.

There's less of that sweet, engaging footage of 'Taker training or reflecting on his run, and it takes in some matches that WWE blatantly don't want to admit didn't live up to the hype. As tough as it was to watch at times, that self-doubt littered throughout the first two chapters was genuinely captivating stuff.

Chapter three doesn't have enough of that, and it suffers for pretending that bouts like The Undertaker vs. Triple H at Super Show-Down in Australia were on par with 'Mania corkers against Shawn Michaels and Hunter between 2009-2012. It wasn't, and no amount of video team trickery can convince this fan otherwise.

Younger fans who didn't know much about 'Taker before he worked 'Boneyard' battles with AJ Styles (imagine it!) may get a kick out of what's on offer here, but it's well-beaten ground for hardcores. Fingers crossed that episode four is a bit more focused and introspective.
