10 Things We Learned From WWE’s Undertaker: The Last Ride (Final Chapter)

10. Triple H Didn't Believe He Was Done

Triple H thought there was zero chance of his pal hanging it up after working a tag match with Roman Reigns against Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre at Extreme Rules 2019, and he was absolutely bang on the money. 'Taker had tricked himself into thinking he was "done".

He wasn't.

Trips knew that'd be the case once Calaway stewed a little more. As satisfying (and surprising) as the match at Extreme Rules had been, it lacked that seismic drama the man craved before bowing out. That, 'The Game' thought quietly to himself, was an itch 'Taker could only scratch by having one more singles bout worthy of his reputation.

He never once got the impression that The Undertaker was ready to call it a day when talking to him over the phone. Vince McMahon likely felt the same, although that's never examined in chapter five of 'Last Ride', which is a slight shame.
