'Wrestler's Court' is one of those archaic things that may/may not exist in today's locker room. Basically, The Undertaker would play judge (Shawn Michaels said on the doc that he was the only one respected enough to take that role permanently) and decide on punishments for those who had wronged their fellow wrestlers.

Mick Foley and Al Snow went on trial in 1998 for leaving Bob Holly stranded at the airport whilst they enjoyed some theme park rides. That was decreed a big enough transgression to land them in hot water with the kangaroo court; both had to buy some booze for others and possibly also pay their transport costs for a while.

'Taker said it was usually light-hearted stuff and just a way to blow off some steam.

There's a fantastic cartoon image on 'Last Ride' of Foley grinning as a topless Holly chases after the car. The artist really captures the ridiculousness of the moment, and even managed to cram Al's 'Head' into the scene. Maybe the mannequin went on some carnival rides too?
