There really wasn't much to the match between Rusev and Jack Swagger. Rusev won clean with the Accolade submission as he should have. It was pretty obvious that they were rushed because they were the second last match on the show. Perhaps they were planned to go longer than five minutes, but there was no way for WWE to cut something else out to give them a chance to do their thing. The fans really didn't buy into Swagger as a contender for the US Title. Rusev has beaten Swagger so many times that few people watching the match thought that Swagger had a shot. Rusev winning with the Accolade again was the right decision. Rusev's next rival appears to be Ryback based on what happened on Raw with them. It will be interesting to see if that leads to a singles match at the Royal Rumble for the US Title or if they are simply building for a big confrontation in the actual Rumble match.
