Big Show is always better as a heel. One of the positives from Survivor Series was his turn because he was so boring as a face. At least as a heel he comes across as a badass big man instead of a crying babyface. How come they always booked him to cry a lot anyway? Weird. It's obvious that WWE has plans for Show as a heel because if they didn't then he would have put the new babyface Erick Rowan over in a clean fashion. Having Show win shows that he's probably going to feud with some babyface in the near future. Perhaps it will be Dolph Ziggler or somebody else of that caliber. Rowan has a long way to go as a face. He doesn't do promos very often, so it's going to be hard for him to really become a popular guy with the fans. Wins will help, but that wasn't the right call in this match. That Stairs Match stipulation was awful, though. Hopefully WWE realizes that and never does it again because it was really boring to watch.
