8. Remember ECW Superstar Braden Walker?

Yeeeah, so remember that "Wildcat" Chris Harris who was pegged to be one of pro wrestling's brightest young stars in 2002 alongside tag partner James Storm? Well, by 2008 he was ready to go his own way as a singles performer, and didn't want to do so while employed by TNA. Thus, in a surprising move, in January 2008 Chris Harris was signed to WWE, and by March was wrestling as "Braden Walker" in ECW. In a case of "Johnny Ace signing the wrong guy," Harris showing up out of shape and under-motivated in WWE led to a series of matches that underwhelmed to such a degree that his run in ECW is oftentimes lampooned on the internet. By August 2008, Walker was released, and after a brief run in TNA in 2011, has largely disappeared from mainstream wrestling circles.
