No, not a homosexual hairstylist, but rather as the wrestler meant to follow in the tradition of the legendary Octagon. It was Kalisto's initial fandom of Octagon, as well as Kalisto's mix of lucha and karate in a manner similar to Octagon two decades prior that spurred the move, which was explained by AAA in the above vignette.
