When it's all said and done, Enzo & Cass may go down as the greatest opening act in WWE history.

They've already established themselves as such in the brief, four-year history of NXT and that is what helped them land a well deserved spot on the main WWE roster. While there is likely to be an exception to the rule, WWE could do much worse than to start every major event with Enzo & Cass coming out to the ring.

The minute the crowd hears that intro, they are up and on their feet, shouting loudly for the newest sensation, Enzo Amore and his buddy Big Cass.

Say what you want about Enzo's in-ring ability, but on the mic, nobody can touch him right now. What that means for his future, only time will tell, but currently, the combination of Enzo's ability to deliver original and entertaining promos with the physical appearance and presentation that both Cass and Enzo provide make for the greatest show-openers that WWE could have ever hoped to feature.

At SummerSlam 2016, WWE got it right by trotting these guys out first. Let's hope they continue to do so.
