10 Things WWE MUST Do Before 2024

8. Promote Some NXT Stars

Then, there are those on the up and up.

NXT life has been kind to workers like Bron Breakker, Carmelo Hayes, Tiffany Stratton and Roxanne Perez. The latter two, for example, are benefitting from Becky Lynch's foray into third brand territory, and it's obvious to anyone with working eyes that Bron or Carmelo would fly on Raw and SmackDown.

Surely it's only a matter of months before Breakker, Hayes, Stratton or Perez show their wares to a bigger audience on the main roster. WWE might be tempted to wait until the Royal Rumble for that sort of thing, but they shouldn't. Debuting Breakker and bedding him in pre-WrestleMania season sounds like it'd be a hoot.

Shawn Michaels deserves a lot of praise for the way he's handled NXT business since those awkward 2.0 days. The developmental brand is well-structured, producing young stars with bags of potential, and has become a more watchable program than it was when Vince McMahon tampered with the format.
