WWE has always enjoyed a bit of comedy. Most of it might be comedy designed to make one overly muscled boss chuckle to himself, but it’s there. However, very rarely is that comedy taken seriously. It’s there to fill time not to be a major storyline.

Well, SmackDown is currently showing that that doesn’t need to be the case. Heath Slater and Rhyno have gone from oddball tag team to one of the most over acts on the show. What felt like a silly idea has continued to be highly entertaining.

Of course, the act has a timeline. If Heath is still blabbing on about his kids six months from now, we’ll all be fed up of it, and quite frankly The Usos should get those belts sooner rather than later. But, there is nothing wrong with having a bit of faith in your comedy teams and riding them while they are hot.
