1. The Rumored Sexual Relationship With Stephanie McMahon
There are a lot of theories out there about why Randy left WWE when he did, but one of the ones that is popular is that he might have had an affair with Vince McMahon's daughter Stephanie. The rumor is that Randy had sex with Stephanie and when Vince McMahon found out, he fired him leading to Savage going to WCW. Stephanie turned 18 in September of 94, so if the affair happened before that she would have been underage. Maybe affair isn't the right word since Savage was single although he was also 25 years older than her. The other theory as to why Randy left WWE was because he was tired of being used as a commentator and he wanted to wrestle more. It made sense. He went to WCW where he wrestled fairly regularly from late 1994 until 1999 when he was 47 years old. The question is, if Vince could bring back so many former employees that quit on him then why could he never bring on Randy? That's why people thing this story with Stephanie is true. As far as we know, Vince didn't even talk to Randy after he left WWE in 1994. As was covered earlier, Savage was furious with him for the "Nacho Man" skits and Vince was likely upset that Randy left the company when he did. However, there are always rumors that there was more to the story. There were no clips of Vince talking about Randy on the Savage DVD either. There wasn't any mention of an affair on it although when a couple of people addressed the "rumors that are out there" the camera just showed a picture of Vince and Randy together in happier times. Whether the story is true or not, it's never going to be mentioned by WWE. They might hint at it, but you're not going to see this discussed on WWE TV. Since Savage has passed away, it's never coming out on his side either. You think Stephanie or Vince would ever talk about it? Not a chance. That's why this is the number one thing WWE wants you to forget about Randy Savage.
