10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Mick Foley
6. He Worked For TNA
Any time somebody works for TNA, WWE completely ignores it. Foley worked there from 2008 to 2011 and served a number of roles in the company. Foley's greatest accomplishment in TNA was winning their World Title in April of 2009 and holding it for about two months. He was nearly 44 years old when he was on it while also being nine years removed from his "retirement" in WWE. The main reason they put the World Title on him was because he got to work with an old rival in WCW in Sting. Their feud was 16 years after their main rivalry in WCW. His relationship with TNA management seemed to be solid for most of his run there, but he was quick to make jokes too. For example, at one point he went on Twitter to compare a TNA crowd to his empty arena match with The Rock, which was his way of saying TNA barely had any fans at their shows. Once Foley was done in TNA, he found his way back to WWE. Of course if you only watch WWE then you would have no idea he was in TNA, which is why it's something WWE wants you to forget.
