10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Hulk Hogan
9. His Failed 1993 Return
To paint a picture and help put things into perspective here, it's important to remember that just three years before booking a send up of Hulkamania, the WWF decided to make him Heavyweight Champ again at WrestleMania IX. They did so at the expense of Bret Hart and the monstrous Yokozuna's push.
It didn't work as planned, and Hulk was gone by the summer.
The double title change at 'Mania IX is one of those WrestleMania moments WWE would like everyone to applaud.
