2. Jimmy Snuka, ECW Champion

Before ECW was a "revolutionary hardcore promotion," it was Eastern Championship Wrestling, and in 1992, Snuka was a two-time champion of the promotion. By 1993 and into 1994, Snuka worked as a heel in ECW and was managed by Paul Heyman. In the annals of WWE's retelling of the history of ECW, the company starts when Shane Douglas throws down the NWA Championship in August 1994, so the era where the likes of WWF ex-pats Snuka, Don Muraco, Salvatore Bellomo and numerous others is forgotten. But yeah, there was a time when Jimmy Snuka dove off a cage onto Don Muraco in front of much less than a sold out crowd at Madison Square Garden. Now about that match...
