Paige's 2015 heel turn should have written itself. The youngest and most recognisable member of "Team PCB" had just won the Divas Championship, legitimising what she was already convinced of inside her own head: that she was also the best.

But WWE, inexplicably, ended up dropping the ball.

Paige initially seemed to burn her bridges with her two teammates after publicly slating them on Monday Night Raw (including the harsh intimation that Charlotte was only at wrestling's highest level because of her famous last name).

However, in the weeks that followed Paige then went back to being their friend - at least outwardly - before finally seeing fit to complete her heel turn a full month after the seeds were originally sewn. We're all for long-term booking, but this just didn't work, and the subsequent feud with Charlotte suffered because of it.
