Her degree has served her very well indeed. Becky dabbled in a number of different career paths in her time away from the squared circle, including a brief stint as an air hostess, but really put her acting degree to use towards her hiatus’ end by appearing a number of plays and working as a stuntwomen on the History Channel’s Vikings series.

This goes a long way to explaining why she’s such a compelling on-screen presence. There’s so much more to being a professional wrestler than just possessing good in-ring ability. Personality and character play a huge role in attracting fans and getting the audience behind you and, as a trained actress, Becky’s an expert in this field.

She’s obviously a fantastic athlete, but her character work is head and shoulders above most in the company, and that’s a big reason why Becky Lynch continues to stand out.
