10 Things You Didn't Know About Eva Marie

1. She's Only Had 34 TV Matches

Despite spending nearly four-and-half years with WWE from early 2013 until mid 2014, the cold numbers state that Eva Marie actually only had 34 matches on WWE TV.

Of those, 11 took place on Monday Night Raw, ten on NXT, seven on SmackDown, five on Main Event, and Eva had one solitary bout on Superstars. On top of those 34 outings, she also made it to PPV on two separate occasions - one being at the 2013 Survivor Series (pictured) and the other being at WrestleMania XXX. At both of these PPVs, the Red Queen was part of multi-person matches.

If you include non-televised matches, however, Eva Marie's numbers rise up to a combined 113 battles in the squared circle during her WWE tenure - and that even includes a ten-person dark match that played out at Arlington, Texas' AT&T Stadium before WrestleMania 32 got up and running.

For someone to spend over four years in a company and be given such a prominent role, it's a little crazy to realise that Eva Marie only managed 34 TV matches. Then again, WWE clearly knew that All Red Everything needed a lot of work when it came to her in-ring game - hence why she would end up being sent to the Performance Center and NXT for a couple of years.

Once described as the Swiss Army Knife of WhatCulture, Andrew can usually be found writing, editing, or presenting on a wide range of topics. As a lifelong wrestling fan, horror obsessive, and comic book nerd, he's been covering those topics professionally as far back as 2010. In addition to his current WhatCulture role of Senior Content Producer, Andrew previously spent nearly a decade as Online Editor and Lead Writer for the world's longest-running genre publication, Starburst Magazine, and his work has also been featured on BBC, TechRadar, Tom's Guide, WhatToWatch, Sportkskeeda, and various other outlets, in addition to being a Rotten Tomatoes-approved film critic. Between his main dayjob, his role as the lead panel host of Wales Comic Con, and his gig as a pre-match host for Wrexham AFC games, Andrew has also carried out a hugely varied amount of interviews, from the likes of Robert Englund, Kane Hodder, Adrienne Barbeau, Rob Zombie, Katharine Isabelle, Leigh Whannell, Bruce Campbell, and Tony Todd, to Kevin Smith, Ron Perlman, Elijah Wood, Giancarlo Esposito, Simon Pegg, Charlie Cox, the Russo Brothers, and Brian Blessed, to Kevin Conroy, Paul Dini, Tara Strong, Will Friedle, Burt Ward, Andrea Romano, Frank Miller, and Rob Liefeld, to Bret Hart, Sting, Mick Foley, Ricky Starks, Jamie Hayer, Britt Baker, Eric Bischoff, and William Regal, to Mickey Thomas, Joey Jones, Phil Parkinson, Brian Flynn, Denis Smith, Gary Bennett, Karl Connolly, and Bryan Robson - and that's just the tip of an ever-expanding iceberg.
