On an episode of his "Steve Austin Show" podcast, Stone Cold remembered a hilarious moment during a gruelling UK tour in which he worked with the Boss Man in main events. Haggard, hungover, drunk and tired from all the partying during the tour, both men still insisted on working snug and putting on physical matches for the British crowds. During one match, however, Boss Man worked a little too snug with ol' Stone Cold and was repeatedly potato'ing (wrestling slang for hitting an opponent with real punches) Austin in the face. Finally, Austin decided he had taken enough and whipped the Boss Man into the ropes and called for a clothesline. Instead, as Traylor bounced back and came towards Austin, The Texas Rattlesnake smashed the big man between the eyes with a stiff forearm. According to Austin, "it was like one of those cartoon deals with the stars spinning around his head". Was The Boss Man furious? According to Austin, no he was not. Traylor simply looked at him and mumbled "OK" before crumpling to the mat. The potatoes stopped after that.
