2. She-DP Yoga?

Listen to any wrestling podcast these days and you'll hear the host enter full on shilling-mode in order to push DDP Yoga, the yoga program that not only got Chris Jericho into shape but also saved the life of Jake 'The Snake' Roberts. The benefits of the program are obvious, but it does get a little tiring hearing about it all the time.

If you thought that Diamond Dallas Page was the only former professional wrestling start to own their own yoga brand, you'd be wrong, dead wrong. Two years after retiring Trish opened up her own yoga studio in Toronto called 'Stratusphere'. The studio is actually believed to be Canada's largest eco-friendly yoga studio, which is certainly worth something.

Trish has carved herself a career outside of professional wrestling, and won the 2010 Top Choice Awards Business Woman of the Year, and Stratusphere won Best Yoga Studio in 2013. Head to her website for more info!

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
