7. He Claims To Have Slept With Ryan Shamrock, Sable And Debra McMichael
In April 2008 a video began making the rounds which showed a fan talking to Hardcore Holly and Val Venis on the phone. The host asked Venis which female WWE talents he had slept with with Venis naming Ryan Shamrock, Sable and a pre-Steve Austin Debra McMichael. These are interesting for a number of reasons. First, Venis courted Ken's kayfabe sister Ryan during a memorable storyline in early 1999. Was this a case of life imitating art (or vice versa)? Venis claimed that Austin hated him for being with Debra before he did. Sable, on the other hand, was married to Marc Mero until 2003, which would mean that he and Sable had an affair (Holly is heard calling Venis a liar when he brings up her name). It would seem that, back in the 90s at least, Val Venis was very much 'living the gimmick'.
