10 Things You Didn't Know About WWE HQ

3. Titan's Roof Was Used To Shoot An Old Raw Opening

When the company weren't using rooms inside the building, they were shooting on top of it.

Fans were treated to a new opening for Monday Night Raw in 1995. It showed cops running around (that footage would later be spliced into an entrance tron for D-Generation X), explosions and action shots of various stars pummelling each other in-ring. In a cool twist, that ring was erected on the roof of HQ.

Names such as Shawn Michaels, Diesel, Bret and Owen Hart could all be seen working holds, throwing punches or flying around as the cameras shot everything. Helicopter cams also swirled around the building, and office employees were tasked with acting like fans/extras so the scene felt grander.

We've included that intro piece (complete with a long-forgotten variation of the Raw theme music) above. It's worth watching until the end to see an awesome fly over of the set. This would have surely been one of WWE staff's biggest water-cooler moments.
