10 Things You Learn Attending 12 WrestleManias In 13 Years

3. One Axxess Session Is Enough

I remember as a WWF loving child watching WrestleMania X on Coliseum Video and they showed footage from the weekend€™s Fan Fest where excited spectators could meet wrestlers, see action figures available to buy and on display, step inside a ring and feel the buzz for a minute and plenty of other activities. It seemed so unattainable when you lived in the UK.

A few years after I started making my annual pilgrimage to The States every spring, WWE brought the concept back and re-named it WrestleMania Axxess. It€™s a fantastic event with unique photo ops in the ring or inside the Elimination Chamber, hell, you can even do an entrance with a mini ramp and titantron and download the filming online when you get home. When you go to WrestleMania, you should absolutely check out Axxess.

The problem with the event is that it€™s pretty much the same exhibits every year. I€™ve walked round Undertaker€™s graveyard for the last five years and ran out of poses to take a picture near one of the headstones and the wrestlers there every year are pretty much the same, so I realised as great as WrestleMania Axxess is, once you€™ve done it, you€™d be better to check out other events, because the odds are it€™s the exact same set up as the previous years.
