On the independent scene Neville was known as PAC, a name given to him by his father growing up because of his terrifyingly chiselled physique. He did the rounds outside of WWE, competing all over Europe, North America and Japan in promotions as varied as IPW, PWG, Dragon Gate and CHIKARA. AJ Styles and Neville crossed paths on a number of occasions, most notably in Neville's first match in PWG in 2006. The match below however is from the now-defunct Ellesmere Port based promotion, One Pro Wrestling (stylised as 1PW). It was billed as Pac's Proving Match, and the two put on an absolute clinic of high flying mastery.
