10 Times Brock Lesnar's Ego Ran Wild In WWE

8. No-Showing Raw

No, this isn't a reference to a few weeks ago, when WWE deliberately removed Brock from Raw to generate heel heat for the Roman Reigns feud, but an incident that went down a few years ago.

Lesnar pulled a legitimate no-show in early 2015. His contract was on the verge of expiring, and with the former UFC Heavyweight Champion still deciding between the UFC and WWE, he reportedly stormed out of a set of contract negotiations with Vince McMahon one night. This led to Brock deciding he wasn't going to turn up for a pre-booked Raw appearance, and the internet was soon awash with speculation.

A tricky situation, particularly as Lesnar was WWE Champion at the time. Those who'd paid to see him on Raw were understandably upset, but Vince McMahon's fury was such that he issued an ultimatum: show up to WrestleMania, or we're done.

Brock ended up coming back to the company, and signed a contract extension soon after. The no-show was likely a calculated move to increase his power at the negotiation table. It worked, but it wasn't Lesnar's most professional career move.
