So WrestleMania is the granddaddy of 'em all! It's the showcase of the immortals! The biggest night in the professional wrestling year! Where "the Austin era" began and "the boyhood dream" came true! Where Hogan slammed Andre! Where The Streak began! Where The Streak ended!

Since 31 March 1985, WWE has just about exhausted the English language of superlatives when describing WrestleMania. It's an event which has reached that invincible point of needing no hype: it generates its own hype.

All that said, this prestige hasn't stopped some f*cking really weird sh*t from taking place in the last three-plus decades of the show. These are a whole different type of WrestleMania moment - moments which don't much leave your jaw on the floor and lungs devoid of breath but rather your eyebrows in your hairline and index finger poised to itch the confused twitching of that scratch on your cheekbones.
