10 Times Vince McMahon Loved Big Sweaty Men

9. Heidenreich

I must concede that Heidenreich was one of the more convincing psychopaths we've seen work for Vince McMahon. What set him apart from the massive catalogue of psychos we've seen stranded in the mid-card though? Why the fact he's 6 ft 8, 319 pounds and got one of the more profound muscle guts we've seen grace the hallowed canvas of WWE of course.

He is the quintessential big sweaty man, both mentally and physically. Yes, just imagine if you can somebody having a sweaty brain and Heidenreich, along with his poems, is as close as you'll get.

Jon, as he'll be known for the rest of this entry, was one of those big sweaty men who never should have been in the main event scene. Vince knew this once upon a time as Jon actually appeared on the main roster for the first time in late 2003 with a gimmick that saw him being controlled by Little Johnny...

Yes. Really.

After being sent to OVW to hone his craft (which he didn't) Jon was shunted into a programme with The Undertaker, costing The Deadman a WWE Championship match at No Mercy 2004. Little than two years after that feud culminated with a Casket Match at 2005's Royal Rumble, Jon was out on his behind as he was released from his contract.

You have got to believe a man with his skill set was not one of the people Undertaker, who would have had considerable stroke behind the scenes in 2004, would have wanted to work with. Vince loved his bigness, loved his sweatiness, and pushed him because of that. Jon however, was neither big enough nor sweaty enough to cover for his abilities which eventually caught up with him.
