10 Times Vince McMahon's Real Life Things Became WWE Props

4. Vince's Private Jet

Money is no object when it comes to writing good TV. For more proof, how about the time D-Generation X jokers Triple H and Shawn Michaels spray-painted "DX" in huge letters all over Vince's private jet? Y'know a plane that had cost the better part of $30 million.

That happened on the 21 August 2006 edition of Raw.

The stunt was part of the rebel group's bid to p*ss McMahon's character off as much as possible. DX painted the jet, pulled the same trick on WWE HQ and then messed around with Vince's limo (pre-explosion, obviously). The private jet prank is the one that lives longest in the memory bank.

Perhaps the best thing about this moment is that it defaced something fans knew was expensive without incurring much expense at all to McMahon behind the scenes. Respraying the jet would've been a lot cheaper than buying a new one, for example. Still, Vince was willing to put his own property out there for everyone's entertainment.
