10 Times Wrestlers Secretly Went Undercover In Other Companies
9. Trinity Scouts The Competition (ROH Supercard Of Honor 2023)
Trinity has found her footing in IMPACT Wrestling since her May 2022 WWE departure. She's a natural fit for the brand, full of character and boasting a diverse moveset that has elevated her to a level above her peers, with matches against Gisele Shaw and Jai Vidal illustrating how adaptable she is when transitioning from one branch of professional wrestling to another.
Before she surfaced in IMPACT, however, Trinity was spotted in the front row of Ring of Honor's Supercard of Honor, taking particular interest in Athena's Women's World Championship defence against Yuka Sakazaki, sporting a pair of sunglasses to obscure herself from the public eye.
Although ROH failed to acknowledge her presence during the broadcast, Athena didn't, confirming Trinity's existence at the show while revealing her desire for a match with her during the event's post-show media scrum (h/t Wrestling Inc.):-
"Absolutely [she'd want to defend the ROH Women's World Championship against Trinity], Trin is one of my really good friends, we talk on a daily basis. When we both found out that we were in LA, it was really awesome. She's one of my very close friends and she wanted to come out in support. And so, very cool moment, I hope to have a match with her in the future. I never had the opportunity in WWE, to have that match, so absolutely."
To reaffirm, Trinity is comfortably fitting into IMPACT Wrestling but for all their ostentatious booking, one must think this is a stepping stone to whatever's next for her, be that Ring of Honor or not.
