6. Ken Shamrock Chases Chris Jericho

One only need to look to his 2021 AEW Dynamite main event with Nick Gage to see that Chris Jericho is a braver sort than he perhaps looks.

There's also the story of the time he was prepared to deck Brock Lesnar for what he believed to be the unplanned conclusion to SummerSlam 2016, and the well-documented 2003 blow-up with Bill Goldberg that was going his way until officials broke it up.

But Ken Shamrock, especially 1999 Ken Shamrock, was different gravy.

The former 'Y2J' once recounted a tale that had him running for his life from an enraged 'World's Most Dangerous Man' on screen then having to the exact same thing when they got through the curtain. The reason? He'd slapped him across the head as the direction had commanded.

Their summer programme was Jericho's first and Shamrock's last, suggesting that there might of been some underlying tensions about their predicaments within the company at the time. Or also that just look at Ken Shamrock. How would you feel about giving him a swift backhand-and-bail?
