10 Times Wrestling Was Electrifying
1. Goldberg Losing the WCW Title
Goldberg's epic win streak wasn't conquered by Kevin Nash, nor the Wolfpac, nor Bam Bam Bigelow, nor even Scott Hall.
No, it was electricity that killed the beast.
When Scott Hall appeared, disguised in a bright yellow event staff shirt - which was apparently so bright, it blinded people who would otherwise have recognized a very famous wrestler - and shocked Goldberg with a cattle prod, it was all the help Nash needed to capture the WCW Heavyweight Championship and end the streak.
But this was only the first part of the Goldberg/Stun Gun trilogy, as Goldberg would get his revenge in a ladder match, claiming the weapon for himself and shocking Nash with it.
Simon Miller's dad and the stun gun had their third meeting during the reformation of the NWO in 2000, when Nash, Hall, Jeff Jarrett, and Bret Hart joined forces.
Oddly enough, the stun gun stopped being effective when the heels went off-script and spray-painted Goldberg's head, causing him to no-sell further stun gun shots and attempt to batter the heels for real. (Only being handcuffed prevented NWO 2000 from being torn to shreds that very night.)
