In 2006, there was no Diva whose star burnt brighter than Trish Stratus'. A multiple time Women's champion and the face of women's wrestling in the biggest company in sports entertainment, she was the elite of the elite. A blonde bombshell who was as fiercely competitive and athletic as she was smoking hot, she was among the most popular stars in the entire industry.

Among those who idolized her was Mickie James, who had spent her entire career working through independent companies in hopes of one day achieving the success that her Canadian-born hero had. But her fandom of Stratus excelled beyond what anyone would consider healthy. It was very clear she was not all there and her obsession with Stratus would lead her to do some twisted things, including betraying her hero.

At WrestleMania 22, Stratus had the opportunity to exorcise the lunacy, to end James' reign of terror over her life.

She failed. In the end, her championship determination could not overcome the lunacy and mind games demonstrated by her top challenger. James went as far as to grab hold of Stratus' nether regions, stunning her and the fans before delivering the Chick Kick that would net her the women's championship.
