10 Times WWE Leaked Top Secret Information

8. The Commentator's Style Manual

In 2015, a since-deleted Reddit user somehow procured from an unknown WWE source a list of guidelines to which its commentary team must adhere at all times.

"Hey listen f*ckheads, it's time for Monday Night RAW!" wasn't on it, unfortunately. The best thing Michael Cole ever said wasn't on WWE TV, which is really saying something.

Incredibly, this was on it - the first line, in fact.

"Manufactured passion is the kiss of death."

Michael Cole must get tongue-f*cked by a corpse every Friday night, Jesus wept.

Other guidelines included:

"Take the high road - don't be crude, especially with the Divas.'

And yet Corey Graves does an impression of Jerry Lawler most weeks. 2010 Jerry Lawler, anyway. Lawler used to actually be funny once upon a time.

"Fully understand the heritage and the history of the business as it gives you what you are doing today more credibility."

These f*ckers don't even call it the wrestling business!

In the "describe the environment" section, the commentators are instructed to describe "what the fans are doing and why," which is strange, because Cole never once said "cheering Daniel Bryan in defiance because they think the booking is dog sh*t."
