10 Times WWE Made A Massive Mess & NOBODY Cared
6. Sh*t Rolls Down
WWE love dropping muck on their wrestlers.
A clear Vince McMahon kink along with all the other things that happen on Raw that weird you out slightly, the obsession with the mess-from-above trope peaked in 2006 during The Chairman's feud with D-Generation X.
Back then, it was green gunge and then later a load of fecal matter, but getting it out of their system back then perhaps explained why nobody really gave a tiny toss about the fate befalling AJ Lee and Dolph Ziggler in 2012.
The last Raw of that year wasn't as stupid as the way the decade concluded, but John Cena's hotdogging and crap photoshop jokes foreshadowed the stinking turd of an ending this segment received.
Cena couldn't hit the ring to get Ziggler because of bodyguard Big E keeping an eye, but he didn't need to - he'd lined the ceiling up with his New Year gift for the happy couple.
It was sh*t.
