Although a legitimate legend of the wrestling biz who became a name on WWE's books all the way back in 1993, it wasn't until some 18 years later that Jerry Lawler made his WrestleMania bow - for a match against Michael Cole of all people.
To mark the royal occasion, The King turned up in attire unfamiliar to the younger WWE audience, but immediately recognisable to anybody who'd grew up watching Lawler terrorise Memphis. It looked awesome, but sadly, couldn't prevent an embarrassing and unnecessary defeat to his commentating comeptitor.
