One of the best WWE characters in recent times (that they did not create), Finn Balor has been a sensation on WWE TV ever since his debut in NXT. But as good as the Extraordinary Man Who Can do Extraordinary men is, it’s his alter ego who has been the bigger sensation.

The Demon has been one of WWE’s most protected characters over the past few years. For once they have actually been smart about it and used the character only on rare occasions, thus avoiding situations where they book themselves into a hole by pitting two people who can’t lose against one another (*cough, cough, Fiend, Seth Rollins).

This has led to a unique storyline tension where fans are always left asking if Finn Balor is going to bring out the Demon to topple a formidable foe. Even now with the Prince being back and calling the shots on NXT, the prospect of seeing the Demon again is something everybody is looking forward to.

After battling Galactus and pinning Hulk Hogan in the main event of Wrestlemania, I've taken a break from living in fantasy worlds, to focus on writing about them. I'm a comic book geek, a wrestling mark, a break dancer, and a scientist. One of those things may not be true.
