Quite possibly the best lady wrestler on the planet right now, Gail Kim, the first TNA Knockouts Champion, is a major talent. Gail brings toughness and legitimacy to womens wrestling (something that it doesnt always have) and her matches, regardless of whom they happen to be against, are routinely excellent. Of course, Kim first came to the worlds attention as a WWE Diva and has had two successful stints with the company to date. The idea here is that, by hiring Gail and making her one of the big three of womens wrestling (the other two being the superb AJ Lee and the exceptional Paige), the company could really give womens wrestling a badly-needed shot in the arm.
I am a professional author and lifelong comic books/pro wrestling fan. I also work as a journalist as well as writing comic books (I also draw), screenplays, stage plays, songs and prose fiction.
