1. Lashley

Out of anyone on the TNA roster who could come in right now and be a main event player, you have to go with Lashley.

He just turned 40, and Galloway is only 31, but the push Drew got on the way out of WWE certainly wasn’t encouraging, so the former protege of Donald Trump gets the nod.

Lashley has been one of the biggest success stories of TNA over the past few years (and maybe ever) in terms of simply improving as a wrestler. He’s grown into one of the best heels in the business, and much like Brock Lesnar (though probably on a smaller scale) he feels incredibly believable in that he's an a**hole who could destroy anyone on the roster within a matter of seconds.

WWE should bring him in and put him in big matches with Seth Rollins or John Cena. They just shouldn’t waste any time in making him a main event player, as the company is absolutely starved for star power. And perhaps in one of the most intriguing matches they could run with Lashley, they should book him against Brock Lesnar on a major show, and just let the two beat the hell out of each other.

Lashley was badly over-pushed in WWE the first time around, but anything less than him competing against top names in big angles in his return would be doing him and the entire company a disservice.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
