10 TNA Wrestlers Who Will Make The Biggest Impact In WWE

8. Eli Drake

One could argue that WWE was a bunch of dummies (yeah!) for letting Eli Drake go a couple years ago, but they could perhaps soon right that wrong.

Eli Drake is someone to keep an eye on. There are very few wrestlers in all of WWE or TNA who come across as naturally confident on the mic as he does. He’s entertaining, but still gets the crowd to turn against him, which is strangely a rare occurrence these days in the business.

His WWE counterpart at the moment is probably The Miz, a largely mid-card player who could move up the card with the right push (which Miz seems poised to at the moment). Drake could come in and immediately be in the Intercontinental/US Title range, and be that pesky heel that the faces chase around for a bit before finally getting their revenge.

Drake has only been in TNA for a short time, but he's improved at an impressive rate since then. If he continues that trend, he could be a star in WWE within a couple years.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
