Your old pal Vinnie Mac is back with another pearler!

FTR recently announced that they're sticking with AEW for another four years. After that, Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler claim they're "done with pro wrestling". That's probs for the best, otherwise they might end up back in WWE looking like comedic rejects from Adam Rose's "Rosebuds" gang.

Before they were canned in April 2020, The Revival had asked for WWE releases a few times and been rejected. Post-departure, the pair revealed tentative plans to work a repackage job that would've p*ssed all over their old-school traditional tag-team vibes big time.

McMahon presented Dax and Cash with drawings that showed off some garish new outfits. They were part jester, part carnival revellers (or something), but it was definitely a bullet dodged when they fled to become part of Tony Khan's new All Elite revolution.

Can you imagine the scenes had The Revival rocked up wearing that stuff? Just didn't fit.
