10 Twisted Times WWE Rewarded A Wrestler For Being A D*ck

7. Braun Strowman (2018)

Nearly two years on from this programme and it's still tough to fathom exactly what WWE were trying to achieve from it.

To review, Braun Strowman relentlessly battered and bullied Kevin Owens on television and pay-per-view without ever really suffering consequences or retribution, with one of the only "losses" coming after he chucked the former 'Prizefighter' from the top of a steel cage to the announce table below.

'The Monster Among Men' was a monster long before he behaved like this - the clue was in the f*cking nickname - but as the company went stunt-chasing for him, they left his victim lower than dirt. Owens got tipped over in a toilet, chased around arenas, beaten in seconds and even thrown a billion miles from a ladder through some tables in the match that triggered all the aggro to begin with.

That was Money In The Bank - the prize Braun claimed and defended throughout this total mess of a story. He got something from the dying carcass of the programme, even if there'd never been any meat on the bone for Owens from the beginning.
