Speaking of Roy Nelson, there was a time when Brock Lesnar's camp stated they were actively interested in a fight with Big Country, and Big Country certainly felt the same (to be fair, Nelson will fight anyone). With one of the toughest chins in the history of MMA (only two men have ever finished him, Andrei Arlovski and Mark Hunt), and one of the hardest right hands in the game (we're not sure Big Nog has his memory back from their 2014 fight yet), Nelson would have proved to be a formidable opponent. Plus, there's the question of takedowns: Nelson has surprisingly good takedown defense for a man of his... physique, lets say, and a very slick Jiu-jitsu came. If Lesnar could have got him down, could he have avoided getting the submission? Nelson has been an uneven fighter in the UFC, losing as much as he wins, but he's a fan favourite, and Nelson vs. Lesnar would have been a great match-up.
