7. Conor ‘Notorious’ McGregor
For years, Dublin native Conor McGregor was the UFC’s biggest draw. The undoubtedly talented Irishman was that rarest of breed of a perpetual trash talker with the ability to back it up. McGregor's entertaining press conferences and unconventional style earned him the nickname 'Notorious'.
Sadly, it is in the last few years, with multiple out of the ring incidents, that McGregor has really lived up to this moniker. Several unsavoury incidents in the Dubliner's personal life began to come to light, along with an unwarranted attack on a UFC tour bus housing his nemesis Khabib which resulted in several injuries to fighters who had nothing to do with the rivalry.
McGregor’s attitude over the last few years has come across as someone believing they are bigger than the sport. His antics have been well documented and extremely disturbing in many cases.
