10 Ultimate Warrior Moments To Relive On WWE Network

9. The Ultimate Warrior vs "Macho Man" Randy Savage - Summerslam 1992 (WWF World Heavyweight Title)

This is probably not the Warrior/Macho match you're most familiar with, but its nearly as exciting. A year and a half after their retirement match at Wrestlemania VII, Warrior and Savage (neither having retired) would finally have their big return match, this time with WWF gold on the line. With both men as popular hero characters, to add some more drama to the match up, the build to the match would feature interference on several occasions from the combination of Ric Flair and Mr Perfect. The match itself would be no different, Ric Flair and Mr Perfect would come down to ringside and prove to be a nuisance to both men throughout the match. Despite the distractions of Flair and Henning, Savage and Warrior put on an excellent, and competitive match, which both men came out of looking strong. In the end Warrior won by count out, after Flair injured Savage with a chair outside the ring. Warrior then chased off Flair and Perfect and helped Macho back to the ring, with the two men having a new found respect for one another.
