7. André The Giant
The fact that this match never happened was nothing more than tragic, unfortunate timing.
When The Undertaker began his career in WWE taking souls and digging holes, André the Giant was in unfortunate physical condition. When 'The Deadman' was on the rise, 'The Eighth Wonder of the World' was winding down his in-ring career. André reportedly had a great idea for a match with the young Undertaker, one that he never disclosed to anyone before his tragic passing in 1993. Even The Undertaker doesn't know the details of his plan to hatch a feud between the two behemoths.
If this took place, we would have surely seen The Undertaker in his role as the giant slayer. His matches when fulfilling the part of the smaller man were often of lesser quality, and laboured. There is no way to tell if a matchup between these two men would have yielded positive results, but with a man of André's stature involved on the creative side, there was every chance this could have succeeded in the storytelling department.
