10 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Dynamite (Apr 1)

1. Mr. Brodie

Brodie Lee
AEW

Brodie Lee's Vince McMahon bit was a big-time Down last week, so we shan't harp on it for too long here. Still, 'The Exalted One' was at it again, aiming another on-the-nose barb at the WWE Chairman that will land for one half of the fanbase but not the other, who see this kind of thing as petty and small-time.

There's no need for it either. It must be cathartic for Lee, who was stuck in purgatory for years and treated like sh*t by all accounts, but he can get over as a calculating cult leader with a bad*ss in-ring game without the McMahon potshots.
