10 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Dynamite (Apr 1)

The undisclosed location AEW headed to for this week's episode of Dynamite created a better viewing experience than the last show at Daily's Place, with the smaller, gym-like facility feeling closer, more intimate, and more visceral.

Daily's Place is a wonderful, beautiful venue, but felt cavernous without fans, with sounds drifting into nothing across its rows and rows of empty seats. The first Dynamite there was great. The second? Less so. State guidance or no state guidance, the change definitely benefitted last night's broadcast, as the noise of the wrestlers gathered at ringside bounced around the place, creating a semblance of an atmosphere.

Their hand was forced, but perhaps this was something AEW was considering regardless? Either way, the viewing experience was smoother than last week.
