Not much to note on this one, but it was a class move to dedicate last night’s IMPACT episode to the late New Jack. The real-life Jerome Young passed away last weekend from a heart attack, and had previously been a somewhat major fixture of IMPACT programming for a period in 2003 that saw him reach the finals of the Hard Ten tournament.

‘The Original Gangsta’s’ last appearance for IMPACT came at Hardcore Justice 2010, where he and old partner Mustapha Saed brawled with Team 3D and the team of Axl Rotten and Kahoneys following their weapons-based fight.

Rest in peace, New Jack.
